Track Team Peace Just Like Performance!

I think it would be super helpful if we could see and track the team/org overall Peace Index as we do with the Team Performance Assessment. It would give us a clear picture of how the people in the organization are doing and give us an idea of how to position our resources regarding which teams are the healthiest/unhealthiest.
We don't need to see individual scores, but a simple report like the team performance assessment would suffice for tracking team health and performance over time!

This is complete and available under the Team Insights tab of any team that has taken the Peace Index Assessment 😁

I think this could be great, especially in an effort for teams to learn from one another. If healthy teams were open to sharing their scores, perhaps they'd be open to sharing HOW they're staying healthy as well. I understand that peace is an individual process, but personally, I love seeing what helps others achieve and sustain it.

Helping clients see their progress (or at least roller coaster) could be beneficial for coaching purposes, and potentially "evidence" for renewal conversations.

Ah - so good Mark Tilsher - I call this "knowing how teams load in their days and load them out" - what's in their upstream? So good!
