I have a concern regarding the accuracy and usability of the GiANT OS assessment, especially in cases where users may be mistyped. When someone receives a result that may not fully align with their true Voice, it can be challenging to guide them to a more accurate assessment without visibility into their responses or scoring. At times, I feel tempted to use tools like JTI/MBTI alongside 5 Voices to help clients arrive at a more precise understanding of their type. For example, if a person’s MBTI second and third functions are mixed up in the GiANT OS assessment, they might be identified as a “Pioneer Creative,” which differs significantly from a “Creative Connector Pioneer.” Could we explore the possibility of allowing certified 5 Voices practitioners access to additional assessment insights, such as a visual representation of users’ preferences on the four key dimensions? This would allow us to quickly see their strengths and orientations, making it easier to provide immediate guidance. Having access to this data would be particularly helpful when there’s limited time to dive deep into explanations or videos, as we could directly point out, for instance, that a person leans slightly more toward present-oriented than future-oriented thinking. Thank you for considering this suggestion—it would be a valuable addition to the toolkit for practitioners aiming to deliver the most accurate and helpful guidance.
