Can you please design flexibility into the PRO upgrade process so that new members that are added after you upgrade are billed during the same transaction. I just made the mistake of upgrading the client that was creating the account, then we went in and added the rest of her team (I know, this was my mistake). The problem is that she paid on an annual subscription so the rest of the team that she added won't be billed until a year from now. This is a problem for a few reasons:
  1. The client won't see anything hit their credit card for the 4 other users until a year from now and will likely be SHOCKED to see such a huge bill and will contact me thinking there's some mistake. I can remind them and tell them now but they will not remember (nor will I), or the contact won't be with the company any longer
  2. I won't receive any commissions (nor GiANT) for over a year, nor-- I assume-- XP points?
