I just completed setting up my storefront and had a couple of observations regarding content that might useful to include as part of the tutorial video content.
  1. How to set up banking and tax information – the process is pretty simple, but it is pretty important step that is not mentioned in the storefront set-up
  2. Add a price list reference – I found myself trying to guess what the minimum prices are for the GiANT content only. The system did tell me when I was below minimum but only after I made an educated guess.
This last item is a suggestion about functionality.
  1. Can the OS be mobile friendly?
  2. For our pack, can we have a hierarchy view to see who is at our 2, 4 and 6 level that we recruited? And one the shows us our “upline” at those same levels? As someone who has been around for a few years I did not know who was getting credit for bringing me in as Guide. I converted from a corporate assignment when I started my own consulting business and have only had contact with GiANT HQ since then, not the upline person.
