Have the confirmation or assignment email go to the client no earlier than 14 days before due date. If the action is due immediately...they would get it. However, if we schedule out the entire year - the action email to the client wouldn't go out until 14 days prior.

This is complete and implemented with (a) the checkbox for sending immediately (b) or leaving unchecked in which case it send notification on the "Assign Date" (i.e. make that date the day you want them to get the email)

I love this idea. There is a sweet spot somewhere. Maybe it is 14 days, maybe it is a weekly summary of what is due this week, next week and beyond...

But I like the idea of being able to assign an entire year without the client getting flooded with 51 altitude training emails.
